What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for customized items (i.e. tags with names, custom stamps, etc.)

That being said, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you have issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to work with you!

For non customized items, we accept returns mailed out within 14 days and we will issue a refund minus return shipping. If you'd like to return an item, please contact us to get the process started.

Do I pay for return shipping?

Yes, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

How long does the refund take?

Once we receive the item you are returning, we will send a confirmation email. Within 48 hours you will be issued a full refund. Please keep in mind, it may take 5-7 business days to see the refund, depending on bank and form of payment.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Please cancel us immediately if you wish to cancel or change your order. We only accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

How long is shipping time?

Most packages are shipped via UPS or USPS. Most items are sent via UPS Ground or UPS first class mail unless shipping upgrades were purchased at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

What if I made a mistake entering my shipping address?

My order was canceled, but there is still a charge on my account. When will this charge be credited back to me?
